story = to have Hoppy enter the family's human world and to suddenly see him disappear from it.
i cant seem to let that feeling go and it wasnt even my experience.
i really hope Hoppy is fine.

I raised 2 fawns found by hunters. What a joy to walk them on dog leashes and watch them retreat to their closet in my home to sleep. But adolescents have to live their lives and they went to the wild. My raccoons I raised the same story. They deserve to be free. Didn't make me cry any less as a adoptive parent.
