To answer your question (and depending on what type of computer/program you have, it may not work) but just hold the alt key and on the right side of your keyboard where the calculator numbers are press 3. Alt + 3 = ♥ Actually all of those numbers make a symbol so play around and see if it works for you.

Oh gardening! I wish I could! I don't have a green thumb at all! But maybe someday! Someday I'll just do it anyway!
