Oh Have I Told you I love both my jobs...

I really do love both...It's great...I can work both jobs.. with no worries about being here or there at the same time...I been working a few days At dogs we love this week and the rest of the week I'm at Victorian Elegance... But most weeks I'm @ Dogs we love...I'm almost @ 40 hrs a week with both jobs...It's to funny to hear our little ladies talking to each other in the morning when Im getting ready in the morning (Is mommy working @ Dogs We Love or Victorian Elegance today)I giggle when I hear them...Hmmm look @ what mommy's wearing...That gives them.. the idea where I am that day...Then I get oh mommy you look pretty... and I say aww thanks girls...I'm also working up front in the store..@ Dogs We Love...I get to meet lots of cute puppies & Doggies..Oh I love my jobs... It's nice to wake up in the morning and say that..It's a great feeling........

The Clothesline

A clothesline was a news forcast To neighbours passing by.
There were no secrets you could keep when clothes were hung to dry.

It also was a friendly link For neighbours always knew
If company had stopped on by To spend a night or two.

For then you'd see the fancy sheets
And towels on the line;
You'd see the company tablecloths
With intricate design.

The line announced a baby's birth
To folks who lived inside
As brand new infant clothes were hung
So carefully with pride

The age of the children could
So readily be known
By watching how the sizes changed
You'd Know how much they'd grown.

It also told when illness struck,
As extra sheets were hung;
Then nightclothes, and a bathrobe,too,
Haphazardly were strung.

It said,"Gone on vacation now"
When lines hung limp and bare.
It told, 'We're back!" when full lines sagged
With not an inch to spare.

New folks in town were scorned apon
If wash was dingy gray,
As neighbours carefully raised their brows,
And looked the other away.

But clotheslines now are of the past
For dryers make work less.
Now what goes on inside a home
Is anybody's guess

I really miss that way of life.
It was a friendly sign
When neighbours knew each other best
By what hung on the line!

I found this today in a Daytripping In Southern Ontario, I wanted to share this with all of you.. It really shows the times have changed

Baking my little heart out...Oh I just love to Bake...

I'm having lots of fun being a baker...As a lot of you know I was born to bake...I love to bake..It started years ago when I was very little...Well now I can't stop baking for my family and friends and now I can call myself a baker that makes Dog treats... I must add they are really yummy too... I would love to share with all of you... the name of this great place that I work for Dogs We Love http://www.dogswelove.com/ I Baked all day and love every sec. of it... came home took the girls to the park with G man then after supper I started to bake again... Yep I sure did I made 2 yummy Banana Bread loafs...Once the 1st one came out of the oven.. the tea kettle was going... Enjoyed a yummy slice with butter and tea it was so yummy...Im taking the other loaf to share at work... Im off a few days from Victorian Elegance...I work on monday.. full day....I miss the beautiful shop.. But enjoying the fun baking at Dogs We Love...yep I have 2 part-time jobs and enjoying my little family too.. I love to keep busy...I feel great that Im back into the work world...I loved being home with the girls.. But It was time for me...to go back...

I Was Born to Bake....

I'm going to be a baker @ a cute little shop for puppies & Dogs..Yep that's right... using Yummy natural Ingredients...To make dog food and treats...This cute little shop will open in my home town next week July 20th...I start tomorrow morning...Baking all the yummy things for our 4 legged friends... My little Jake dog will love trying all the yummy treats...Her doggy and my doggy are going to meet and have a playdate... I thought that was too cute.. When she told me that... I think I will love working there... My boss is real nice...I'm going to be a real busy mommy again with both of my jobs I will hopefully have 40 hrs a week...

My road trip to Sarnia was great..

Wednesday morning got up and packed an over night bag...Off I went..I left home @ 8:00am..I had this great big smile on my face..I was so proud of myself that I was going to drive the 402... All by myself this was a big step for me to take...Nicole always said to me Oh you have to come and try driving here.. It's only Sarnia..Well now I can say the 402 rock's... Oh it's so much better then the 401.. There were a few cars and trucks on the highway...I made it there safe and sound with in the hr.. Nicole said wow that I did great timimg.. before I got to her house I stop to call G on my cell to say I was almost there.. He asked me where are you..I said I'm 2 streets away from her house..He was surprised that I was in Sarnia already...We went for coffee...toured Sarnia watched the Canada Day Parade..Afterwards we went to the park/ beach... It's beautiful in Sarnia...Lots of people were there for Canada Day...She showed me around everywhere...Had fresh cut fries under the Blue water bridge..Watched the boats go by...Nicole has a sports car I think its an Nassan 350z roadster convertible

This is just a photo that I found on the net same colour and everything not sure of the year that she has.. Well anyways we had a great time the roof was down every time we toured Sarnia... She even took me on the 402 with this cool car..We had the best time ever..Well I was there...We even went to the movie theater...A Chick flick.. Heheeh The Proposal it was a real good movie...Got back to her place..I was beat.. Had to much fun in one day and turned in for the night... Got up this morning and had breakfast with Nicole... After that, We said our bye's to each other and off I was on my way home...I found the 402 east London got on the highway and off i went came home in good time again safe and sound... Well do ya think I will go back again soon Well yep.. that's for sure it's so easy to get to her house it was easy breezy

Nighty night I'm off to bed... night...

We are all doing great...Our summer has started..a few days ago that is... I just been enjoying the beautiful weather when it's not raining...

Well Its just been G and I for a few days.. the little ladies have gone on a camping trip with out us... boy it feels funny and weird at the same time.. And poor Jake our family dog I think he's really lost with out Megan and Maria.. G and I are starting to miss them lots... too... Thursday was the last day of school for the both of them...they came home for a couple of hrs and then we said our good bye's and lots of hugs and kisses....Boy this is the longest time for all of us not to see each other....they will not be home for another few days... I hope the weather there is great for them...They are in Niagara falls Canada... It's been Beautiful here then it gets dark and stormy... we had real bad weather here a tornado has hit out side of Aylmer the same day that they left... I was driving home in that yucky weather.. from work.. high winds and lots of rain and hail too...Well on with the good news .. I'm heading to Sarina over by the Blue water Bridge to see my sweet friend Nicole on Wednesday.. Just to get out.. and relax.. I'm off of a few days.... I'm only going for a day and night then heading back here in the morning... then its just a day before the girls get back home...Boy it's really going to be a quite couple of days for G man and Jake and Marmie the old cat...Im getting really excited about seeing her.. but not to sure about the drive up there...Oh I know I will do fine.. Just take my time and I will do fine... for sure...
